RPRC held its Internal Complaints Committee meeting to strengthen POSH Act compliance and foster a safe, inclusive and gender-sensitive workplace.

As directed by the Chief Executive of RPRC, the 1st ICC meeting of the Centre was held on 29.07.2025 at 3:30 PM in the Conference Hall. The ladies employees in the Centre, such as Ministerial staff, Project fellows, and contractual engagements, attended the meeting. The initial proposal of the ICC meeting was addressed by the member convenor, and then, the Presiding Officer of the Centre addressed the gathering through the sensitisation of such a program in the workplace for the regular employees, or contractual engagement staffs.
